Every time we stay we have a wonderful time due to Jo & his wonderful team. We are made to feel so welcome the minute we arrive by happy greetings & friendly staff. Nicki & Rachelle do a wonderful job at the bar & are always happy. The rooms are immaculately cleaned with 5 star linen & air conditioning. The beds & pillows are very comfortable & there is a bar fridge in every room. The bathrooms & toilets are always clean & there are thick white towels which are of high quality. Every meal we have had has been totally delicious & high quality. There are homemade deserts to choose from too. The beer garden is warm in winter with huge heaters & a cool breeze comes through in March when it was over 30*. There is also air conditioning in the main dining too. Kids & dogs are totally welcome. This hotel is a wonderful friendly place to stay in Esk. Always stay in Esk for 2 nights, it is a lovely friendly town. What a disappointment! The woman behind the counter was miserable, no sense of humour, and if she cracked a smile it would probably kill her. The parmi did not have any flavour at all, certainly not like any I had had before, and my wife's steak was very thin, like a cheap minute steak. Due to it's popularity, we added it to the new main menu by public request as the cheaper steak meal. A 150g steak can never be a thick steak. We do however have a Signature Black Angus Marble Score 3+ Rib Fillet and a Sanchoku F1 Wagyu Grain Fed Marble Score 8-9 Rump on the menu, both are 350g a nice thick steak and incredibly good. Cannot understand how a Chicken Parmy has no flavour. And Finally all our staff are really nice people and would do anything for you. I do not think anyone should be degraded publicly. The burgers were huge and we joked with the staff that we wouldn’t be able to open our mouths big enough. We sat outside in the garden which was a lovely spot to while away a few hours. Kedua, 3 kali saya telepon resepsionis untuk minta air mineral tapi gak di anter sama sekali cuma di iyain doang/di tunggu sebentar dan saya tunggu lama air meneral tak kunjung dateng juga kalo emang air mineral gak boleh di minta lagi ya tinggal bilang aja ga boleh atau ga bisa gitu ya. Ketiga, pelayanan breakfast nya jutek, judes ga ada smile nya pelayan cowok it’s ok lah ga apa-apa kalo misalnya bawaan lahir judesnya, setidaknya mulut di pake buat nyaut gitu kalo tamu bilang terima kasih. Mas-mas yang antar breakfast ke kamar judes banget padahal saya sudah bilang terima kasih sampe kepala saya nundukin buat ucapin terima kasih, dan saya juga yang ambil makanan dari tangan dia satu persatu.
